We make our pasta fresh here at our Rancho Cucamonga Italian Restaurant every day. Whether it’s a rolled tagliatelle or our signature pinwheels, hand-made ravioli or tender gnocchi, fresh pasta tastes better, feels better, and holds onto sauce better. And it’s better for you, made with California-grown wheat from Central Milling, and tossed with sauces made from scratch right here in our kitchen.

But we’re more than just pasta. We’re stacking Italian deli sandwiches high with freshly sliced meats and quality cheeses. We bake focaccia fresh every day. At Pinwheel Pasta, it’s all about handmade food with high quality ingredients, inspired by Italian traditions and the fresh flavors of California.
